    Marko is a real estate investment strategist who has been working in the commercial and residential property development industry in the Baltic States since 2006. His focus over the last two decades has been on transforming the real estate sector and effectively creating new value. In the course of his career Marko has overseen property transactions with a total value exceeding 600 million euros. Real estate has always been his passion, but with a background in finance, his experience and knowledge of the market have helped him to find the right projects and to combine approaches in order to maximise the value of property portfolios. Marko’s expertise enables him to create a unique value proposition which meets the expectations of real estate stakeholders whilst being in line with changing regulations and evolving sustainability requirements. Marko puts his success down to thinking outside the box and opting for unorthodox solutions. He sees plenty of potential in Baltic real estate and is convinced that Millerhawk’s vision and experience will help shape the urban landscape of the Baltic capitals, showcasing the local investment market.

She boasts international experience in global audit firms like KPMG and EY, and having led Luminor Bank’s regulatory reporting in the Baltic States, she knows the local financial, technology and property markets like the back of her hand. Anastassia’s broad-ranging experience as an audit team leader in publicly listed companies, her involvement in projects aimed at finding effective reporting solutions and mitigating risks and her knowledge and understanding of the banking sector give her all of the skills she needs for strategic planning and identifying investment opportunities in the Baltic real estate sector. With her ability to manage special projects and financial relationships and a highly agile approach, Anastassia is an inspiration to all of her team members and partners, enabling Millerhawk to make smart investments in the property market and move effectively through every business cycle.
